Odditys of the Irish

I may have made the word oddity up but i thought this would be a good opportunity to expose some of things about the Irish we find quite odd....
1. The thing that inspired this entry was the bathroom facilities at OneFamily. There are 2 bathrooms...side by side. One of which has no toilet seat on the toilet, yet people still use it....How is that possible? Keep in mind there is not a male worker in the place. ODD!!
2. They always hold their knives when they eat using it was scooping tool...regardless of whether or not a knife would be necessary ....ODD!!
3. They walk on the right side of the sidewalk while they drive on the leftside of the road..ODD!!
4. They think their country is shaped like a teddy bear though it doesnt resemble anything even remotely related to a bear...ODD!!
5. They have no common courtisy.... bumping into u at their free will... and never EVER saying sorry..ODD!!
6. They say your man instead that guy... abit jarring at first... ODD!!
7. Bitch about the heat when its nice...(bear in mind its only like 70) and complain about the weather when its not hot.. ODD!!
8. Butter and Mayo is an essential in most sandwiches.... ODD!!
9. There is corn on everything... salads, sandwiches, and pizza...ODD!!!
10. They think telling a girl she looks like Bette Midler is a compliment... ODD!!
11. The ATM machines... your card comes out before the money... ODD!!
There are soo many more things that escape me now... prolly will pick it up later...
