Old Jameson Distillary

Last nite.... we went to Whelan's...im fearful that it might be our last time there. Man that club is spectacular.
Today we checked out the Jameson Distillary... costs 7euro for students, price including a free jameson on the rocks afterwards. The tour was decent...the guide was prolly the most obnoxious human being on the face of the earth. Its just a down-scaled version of what the distallary used to be. They dont actually make any whiskey there anymore though it stands on the original site. We learned alot about whiskey.... the main difference between american and irish whiskey is the amount of times it is distilled. Irish 3 American 1. I guess it was worth the trip....but its not as grand as Guinness, if pressed for time i would definitly choose Guiness. The irish coffees there are unbelievable. Also discovered that ginger ale and whiskey is a good mixture...who knew.
Well i have to get ready to head out for the nite... big nite with all our irish friends....Cheers!!
